Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are having shoulder surgery (like Bankart repair, rotator cuff fix, or joint replacement)
  • Your doctor plans to keep your arm in a sling for 4 to 6 weeks after surgery
  • You do not have any nerve or brain conditions
  • You can do light physical activity safely
  • You have not injured or had surgery on either arm in the last 6 months
