Who can take part
- Age 18–36 years old
- Recent AC joint injury (shoulder-collarbone area) confirmed by an orthopedic surgeon
- Currently wearing or about to wear a sling for 2–4 weeks as prescribed by your doctor
- Able to understand the study and give written consent
- Medical clearance from your doctor to do rehabilitation and strength training
- No major arm or shoulder surgery or injury in the past 12 months
