Who can take part
- Be a healthy Thai adult between 18 and 40 years old, weigh at least 50 kg, and speak Thai.
- Have not donated blood in the last 3 months.
- Have a high school diploma or higher education.
- Have lab results showing past infection with dengue types 1, 3, or 4, but not type 2.
- Women of childbearing age must agree to use contraception or abstain from sex from the screening visit until one month after the last dose of dengue vaccine (around study day 298).
