  • You are between 18 and 50 years old and in good health.
  • You have had dengue before (based on a blood test at screening).
  • You are willing to avoid travel to areas with dengue for about 1–2 months.
  • You can avoid getting other vaccines for 28 days after the study starts.
  • You can use effective birth control if you could become pregnant.
