This study watches people with cancer that has spread to the spine. It aims to better understand how to predict which vertebrae might break, so doctors can prevent fractures. If you have a weak spine bone that hasn't been operated on yet, you may qualify.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have cancer that has spread to your spine (between the upper back and lower back).
- At least one of the affected spine bones is weak or unstable but hasn't been surgically fixed.
- The bones next to the weak one haven't been surgically fixed yet.
- You are willing to be followed for 6 months and give your permission to join the study.
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months and are generally well enough to participate.
