- You are 18 years or older.
- You have mild or moderate carpal tunnel syndrome (not severe).
- You have not had any treatment for carpal tunnel in the last 6 months (even night splints).
- You do not have conditions like diabetes, nerve damage from other causes, or heavy alcohol use.
- You have not had wrist surgery or a serious wrist injury (like a broken bone) before.
- You are not pregnant and do not have a pacemaker or defibrillator.
