Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have received a kidney transplant from a living or deceased donor
- It has been between 4 and 12 weeks since your transplant
- Your kidney function is stable, with an eGFR greater than 30 (a measure of how well your kidneys filter waste)
- You are at risk for diabetes after transplant because of being overweight (BMI 25 or more), having higher-than-normal blood sugar, or having prediabetes
