Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 6 months and 17 years old.
  • Your child must have a known or suspected solid tumor (like a sarcoma, neuroblastoma, or carcinoma) in the neck, chest, belly, pelvis, or an arm or leg, and surgery is planned to remove or biopsy it.
  • Your child must not have received the study drug (Cytalux/pafolacianine) before.
  • Your child must not have a known allergy to indocyanine green (a dye) or any part of Cytalux.
  • If your child is able to become pregnant or get someone pregnant, they must be willing to use birth control or avoid sexual activity for 30 days after the study drug is given.
