Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 17 years old
  • You weigh at least 44 pounds (20 kg)
  • You have one of these cancers: osteosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, hepatoblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, Wilms tumor, or other soft tissue sarcoma
  • You have at least one lung nodule that is 4 mm or larger on a CT or PET scan
  • You do not have serious kidney or liver problems
  • You must stop taking folate (folic acid) supplements 48 hours before the study drug is given
