Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with primary frozen shoulder (not caused by injury or other disease) for 3 to 9 months.
  • Your shoulder pain is at least a 4 out of 10 on average over the past week.
  • You have not had shoulder surgery or a steroid injection in the affected shoulder within the last 3 months.
  • You are available to attend all treatment sessions and follow the study plan.
