Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder (pain and stiffness that limits external rotation of the shoulder by more than half compared to your other side).
- You have had symptoms for at least 3 months but no longer than 1 year, and they haven't improved with medication or physical therapy.
- You are between 30 and 70 years old.
- You have not had a shoulder injury, fracture, dislocation, or previous injection in the last 3 months.
- You do not have a bleeding disorder, inflammatory arthritis, or neck problems (cervical radiculopathy).
