This study monitors blood sugar levels and patterns in people with and without prediabetes.   • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form.
  • You do not have type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or gestational diabetes.
  • You are not currently following a low-carb or ketogenic diet.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You are not allergic to medical tape, isopropyl alcohol, or rubbing alcohol.
  • You are not taking any diabetes or weight-loss medications.
