- You are a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- You are between 21 and 69 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with prediabetes (fasting blood sugar 6.1-6.9 or 2-hour glucose 7.8-11.0) and are either managing it with lifestyle changes or metformin.
- You own a smartphone that can download the Singapore FreeStyle LibreLink app and are willing to use it for the study.
- You are not pregnant or planning pregnancy in the next 6 months, and you are not currently in another weight loss or diet study.
