Who can take part
- You are between 13 and 17 years old (not yet 18)
- You have been diagnosed with prediabetes based on a blood test
- You have access to a smartphone or smart device that can connect to a glucose monitor app
- You do not have type 2 diabetes or a history of diabetes
- You are not currently taking medications that affect weight (talk to your doctor if unsure)
- You speak English fluently
