Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 60 years old.
  • You have a traumatic spinal cord injury that is classified as AIS-A (no feeling or movement below injury) or AIS-B (some feeling but no movement).
  • Your injury happened at least 6 months ago.
  • You are generally healthy, with no serious heart, diabetes, or blood clotting problems.
  • You have not had gene or cell therapy involving AAV2 before.
