This trial tests if progressive strength training can reduce pain and snapping in adults with external snapping hip. If you have a snapping or popping sensation on the outside of your hip with discomfort, this study may help find a non-surgical treatment option.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 40 years old
- You have felt snapping on the outside of your hip with pain or discomfort in the last 14 days
- You can show or hear the snapping when you move your hip
- You can get to the training location
- You can read and understand Danish or English
