Who can take part
- You have stage IIIB, IIIC, or stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery or treated with high-dose radiation and chemo.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have not received any prior treatment for your lung cancer, or you had a clear benefit from first-line immunotherapy that later stopped working.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and a tumor that can be safely biopsied.
- You are in good overall health (able to do daily activities without help).
