Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
- Your cancer is stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV and cannot be removed by surgery or treated with standard chemotherapy or radiation.
- Your tumor has a KRAS G12C mutation and a high level of PD-L1 (at least 50%).
- You have a tumor tissue sample available (from a previous biopsy or a new one) to confirm these markers.
- You have not received any previous cancer treatment for your advanced lung cancer.
- You do not have certain other medical conditions, like active autoimmune disease, untreated brain metastases, or serious heart or eye problems.
