This study tests how a lung cancer pill called aumolertinib affects the levels of another drug (midazolam) in your body. It is for people with advanced NSCLC whose tumors have specific EGFR gene changes.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is locally advanced or has spread (Stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV).
- Your tumor must have one of these EGFR mutations: either the exon 19 deletion or L858R (if you haven't had prior treatment), or the T790M mutation (if you've received a first-generation EGFR-targeted pill and it stopped working).
- You must be in fairly good physical condition (able to do daily activities without help, ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You cannot have unstable brain metastases, active infections (like hepatitis B or HIV), or uncontrolled health problems.
- You must not have a history of lung inflammation (interstitial lung disease) or certain eye conditions (like acute angle-closure glaucoma).
