- You are at least 18 years old
- You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive or HER2-low breast cancer and are starting or already on a type of targeted therapy called an antibody drug conjugate (ADC)
- You can read, speak, and understand English
- You have access to a computer or iPad with internet to fill out surveys and watch training videos online
- You are willing to attend three study visits (can be virtual) and possibly do two interviews and a focus group
