Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a locally advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments.
  • You must have a body weight of at least 45 kg for women or 50 kg for men, with a BMI of 18 or higher.
  • You cannot have had severe side effects from similar antibody-drug therapies.
  • You cannot have untreated or active brain metastases or certain heart, lung, or gut conditions.
