Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older with multiple myeloma
  • You have had 4 to 6 cycles of a four-drug pre-transplant treatment including a proteasome inhibitor, an IMiD, and daratumumab (or similar antibody)
  • You have had a stem cell transplant within the last 6 months, and your disease has responded at least partially
  • You haven't had any prior treatment that targets BCMA (a protein on myeloma cells)
  • You are not intolerant to lenalidomide (Revlimid)
  • You have adequate blood counts, kidney function, and no active infections or uncontrolled heart/lung problems

Drug combo before and after transplant for high-risk myeloma
