  • You are 18 or older and live in Hong Kong.
  • You smoke at least 1 cigarette a day for the past 3 months.
  • You either chew gum now or are willing to chew gum.
  • You can communicate in Cantonese and read Chinese.
  • You want to quit or cut down on smoking.
  • You can use messaging apps like WhatsApp or WeChat.
