  • You are 30 years old or older.
  • You have type 1 diabetes (or a similar condition treated like type 1 diabetes).
  • You feel significant stress or worry related to your diabetes.
  • You get your diabetes care at UNC Endocrinology at Eastowne.
  • You can attend weekly online group sessions with a set schedule.
  • You do not have severe memory problems or major health issues that would prevent participation.
