Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older.
- You have moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease and have not yet received any systemic treatment for it.
- Your doctor has decided you need treatment with steroid pills (like prednisone).
- You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-2).
- You have received a stem cell transplant from a donor (related, unrelated, or partially matched) using bone marrow, blood stem cells, or cord blood, and the transplant was successful.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for at least 30 days after the last dose of study drug.
