Who can take part

  • You must have finished a prior KarXT study called CN012-0023 or CN012-0024.
  • You need a caregiver who can spend about 8 hours a week with you.
  • You should not have serious untreated health problems like heart, lung, or kidney disease that could make the study unsafe.
  • Other standard study rules also apply.
