Who can take part

  • You are a parent of a child aged 1 to 16 years having planned surgery at KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
  • Your child is having non-emergency surgery with general anesthesia.
  • If your child is 12 to 16 years old, they may also be asked to fill out a survey.
  • You are willing to complete an online survey on Form SG.
