  • Your child is under 16 years old.
  • Your child is scheduled for elective surgery.
  • A parent or legal guardian can provide informed consent.
  • Your child does not have a past history of neurological or psychiatric disease.
  • Your child does not have delayed development.
  • You and/or the parent/guardian can read or speak Chinese.
  • Neither your child nor you are participating in another interventional study at the same time.
