Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed cancer that makes DLL3, such as small cell lung cancer or certain other tumor types.
  • Your cancer must have come back or not responded to at least one prior treatment.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be safely treated with radiation and has not been radiated before.
  • You must be able to provide a sample of your tumor from a prior biopsy or agree to a new biopsy.
  • You must be in reasonably good health (ECOG 0-2) with a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
