Who can take part

  • You are a male or female football player.
  • You have played football for at least one full season and have been playing at a base or amateur level for at least 6 years.
  • You are between 20 and 30 years old.
  • You do not have any active or chronic injuries, and have not had a significant injury in the last three months.
  • You do not have any medical conditions or take medications that could affect your performance or safety during tests.
  • You are willing to undergo performance tests and fill out questionnaires.
