  • You are a male aged 18 or older
  • You do not smoke and have not smoked for at least 6 months
  • You have had no injuries in the past 6 months
  • You are not taking any medications or supplements
  • You do not drink alcohol
  • You live at an altitude below 1500 meters (about 5000 feet) and you only play soccer, not other sports
