  • You are a male recreational football player
  • You have been playing in a football academy for more than 6 months
  • You are currently active and in good general health
  • You have no back, brain, heart, lung, or muscle/bone problems
  • You have never had surgery on your legs or feet that affects how you move
  • You have no history of a broken leg or a torn ligament
