  • Age 60 or older
  • BMI less than 30
  • Do less than 1 hour of resistance exercise per week (like lifting weights)
  • No diabetes, heart disease, seizure disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or cancer in the last 5 years
  • Not allergic to seafood and don't eat more than 1 serving of oily fish per week
  • No pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump, or medications like steroids
