Who can take part

  • You are an adult aged 18 or older.
  • You have at least one long-term health condition such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, or have had a stroke or TIA.
  • You are not currently being treated for cancer.
  • You are not taking blood thinners (anticoagulants).
  • You do not have a known allergy to fish or fish oil, and you don't eat oily fish more than once a week or take fish oil or krill oil supplements.
