  • You have received a heart transplant within the past month (give or take two weeks).
  • You are planning to continue follow-up care at the transplant center for at least a year.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are willing and able to follow the study's visit schedule and procedures.
  • You have not had any other organ transplant before or at the same time as this heart transplant.
  • You do not currently need a heart pump, kidney dialysis, or treatment for a serious infection or rejection.
