Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and received a heart transplant within the last 2 weeks
  • You plan to take a specific “baseline” immune medicine plan after transplant: prednisolone, tacrolimus, and mycophenolate
  • If you can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after
  • You are willing and able to sign consent and follow all study instructions (including clinic visits and tests)
  • You cannot be in certain transplant situations (for example, multi-visceral transplants)
  • You must be able to complete required heart tests, including AlloSure/AlloMap testing and protocol biopsies
