Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like stomach, ovarian, breast, lung, colon, bile duct, pancreas, sarcoma, or another type) that has spread or can't be removed, and you have tried or refused other treatments.
  • You are able to get out of bed and take care of yourself most of the day (ECOG 0-2).
  • Your blood tests show good bone marrow, kidney, and liver function.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
