Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have a solid tumor cancer that has spread (metastatic) and has a specific gene change called 11q13 amplification (or certain FGFR changes for bladder cancer).
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least two standard treatments.
  • You need to be able to swallow pills and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You must not have cancer that has spread to the brain, serious heart or bleeding problems, or unstable blood pressure.
