PET scan guided cell therapy for advanced melanoma

Who can take part

  • You have stage IV melanoma or advanced stage III melanoma that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment including a PD-1 blocker, and if you have a BRAF mutation, also after a BRAF or BRAF/MEK inhibitor.
  • You have at least two tumors that can be removed with minor surgery (hospital stay expected to be 3 days or less) to make the cell therapy, and at least one other measurable tumor to watch.
  • You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score of 0 or 1) and are at least 18 years old.
  • You can have treatment with lifileucel (AMTAGVI) as recommended by your doctor.
