Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced melanoma that has spread or come back, and it is not a type called uveal melanoma.
  • You have tried at least one standard treatment that did not work.
  • You have a tumor that can be removed for making the cell therapy, and at least one other tumor that can be measured.
  • You are generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are working well enough.
