Who can take part

  • You are a man over 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with zero sperm in your semen (azoospermia) from at least one semen test.
  • Or you have had a vasectomy and a follow-up test shows no sperm.
  • Or you are planning a vasectomy and have been fertile before or have a normal semen test.
  • You have not had a previous microsurgery on your testicles to find sperm.
  • You do not have a condition called hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (a hormone problem that affects the testicles).
