- You are a man diagnosed with non-obstructive azoospermia (no sperm in your semen because the testicles don't make enough sperm, not due to a blockage).
- You are scheduled to have a surgery called bilateral TESE, where doctors try to retrieve sperm from both testicles.
- You do not have a blockage causing your azoospermia (obstructive azoospermia).
