Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread.
- You have tried at least one immunotherapy (like a PD-1/PD-L1 drug) and, if eligible, platinum chemotherapy, and your cancer got worse after that.
- You have at least two tumors that can be measured on scans, and at least one tumor can be reached with the light therapy.
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function are within certain limits, and you are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- You have not had major surgery or certain other treatments within the past few weeks.
