Who can take part
- You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread.
- Your cancer has not been treated with systemic therapy before.
- Your PD-L1 level is 50% or higher.
- You do not have certain gene mutations (EGFR, ALK, ROS1) that can be targeted with other drugs.
- You have a specific immune cell type (called CD10- LDNs) making up more than 30.5% of your blood cells.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on CT scans, and you are willing to have two CT scans before treatment.
