Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have stage II, IIIA, or IIIB (N2) non-small cell lung cancer that your doctor thinks can be removed with surgery.
- Your tumor must have high PD-L1 (50% or more) and no EGFR or ALK mutations.
- You need to be generally healthy (able to do daily activities) with adequate organ function.
- You must not have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (stage IV) or to the brain.
- You must not have had prior treatment that targets PD-1 or PD-L1, and no active autoimmune disease or other recent cancers.
