Who can take part

  • You have a thyroid nodule that was found to be a 'follicular neoplasm' (a type of uncertain growth) on a biopsy.
  • You are having surgery to remove only the half of the thyroid that has the nodule (hemi-thyroidectomy).
  • Your biopsy result was not labeled as 'non-cancerous', 'suspicious for cancer', or 'cancerous'.
