  • You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (ILD) by your doctor
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have not had a lung infection or sudden worsening of breathing in the last 4 weeks
  • You have not participated in a planned exercise program in the last 3 months
  • You do not have other serious health conditions like cancer, heart disease, or uncontrolled diabetes
  • You are able to understand and perform an exercise test
