- You are 18 to 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease (ILD) by a doctor
- You have not had a lung infection or flare-up in the last month
- You do not have other lung diseases like COPD or asthma
- You do not have serious heart problems, cancer, kidney or liver disease, or other conditions that affect your muscles or nerves
- You have not been in a regular exercise program in the last 3 months
