Fish oil supplement for sperm quality

Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have been told your sperm have low movement (less than 30% of sperm move forward well).
  • You are willing to take a sperm test and avoid sex for at least 2 days before giving the sample.
  • You will stop taking fish oil or omega-3 supplements during the study (other supplements are fine).
  • You are not allergic to fish or fish products.
  • You do not have diabetes, Crohn's disease, a past infection in your reproductive organs, or a varicocele (a vein problem in the scrotum).
