This study tests whether combining brain stimulation (rTMS) with a brain-computer interface (a device that reads your brain signals) can help improve arm and hand movement after a stroke.   • You have some weakness in your arm or hand, but you can still straighten your fingers a little bit
  • You are right-handed
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • You are able to understand and follow simple instructions
